Custom orders have a $20.00 non-refundable deposit. This will be taken off the total price of the item(s) ordered.
Process;
Clients will pick a base shape, advise of colour preferences and special notes (e.g. longer/shorter sleeves needed, size 4 width with size 6 length, SPD etc.)
Options given on materials and conversations had to make the item special. A plan and price will be formulated and approved by the client.
50% cutting fee to be paid prior to materials being cut. This doesn't always cover the cost of the material.
If you have your own special material you wanted to use, please let me know.
Examples of custom work will be added as they come available.
Things I won't/can't do;
- Use your material that has not been washed.
- Cut up your/your mothers/grandmothers wedding dress, or anything vintage/antique.
(exception to these are in making angel dresses, instructions will be given)
Things I am happy to do;
- Dismantle old (not vintage/antique) clothes to make new clothes (up-cycle) Men's business shirts make the best little girl dresses -additional dismantling fees apply.
- Use your own material to make one of my pieces.
- Almost anything else
