Tiny yellow bows backed by a light gray shadow & a white base for a short sleeved ruffled bodice dress
The ruffle dress was developed from a pattern originally produced in 1982. The body has changed to allow more growth - have to get more than one season in! the arms have changed depending on the materials & the yoke is resized... so really is now a completely different dress but based on a pattern I saw from the 80's.
