Dress has a purple base with cream flowers, secured box pleats at the bodice and long sleeves gathered at the wrist. A white yoke detailed with small cream flowers.
The ruffle dress was developed from a pattern originally produced in 1982. The body has changed to allow more growth - have to get more than one season in, the arms have changed depending on the materials & the yoke is resized... so really is now a completely different dress but based on a pattern I saw from the 80's.
