Ruffle dress size 4-5

My little pony ruffle dress 

The ruffle dress was developed from a pattern originally produced in 1982. The body has changed to allow more growth - have to get more than one season in, the arms have changed depending on the materials & the yoke is resized... so really is now a completely different dress but based on a pattern I saw from the 80's. This one has 70's sleeves as this is what the materials called for.
